Information, not medical advice

The tools, guides and printable logs are general educational information about strength training. They are not medical advice, physiotherapy or personal coaching, and they don't take your health, injuries or experience into account. Calculator results such as estimated one-rep maxes, plate loads and RPE targets are estimates.

Lifting weights carries a risk of injury. Check with a doctor before you start or change a training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant. Use proper technique, a spotter or safety equipment, and stop if something hurts. You train at your own risk.
